To proactively identify, attract, and engage new clients, promoting the organization’s loan and financial products while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the client base, achieving sales targets, and supporting portfolio growth.
Conduct market research to discover new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Explain products, terms, and benefits to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
Support credit officers in gathering client information and documentation when required.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
Attend sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and client needs.
Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Respond promptly to inquiries and client requests.
Provide clear guidance and support to clients regarding products and services.
Promote trust and loyalty among clients.
Training in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, CRM tools).
Experience in financial services, microfinance, or banking is an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-oriented with ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and proactive in finding new clients.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and in the field.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
